The Laker Navy is at the Dad Vail

With the Dad Vail Regatta now here, the Laker Navy is gearing up for their races in Philly starting Friday, May 11th. The Dad Vail is the largest collegiate regatta in the United States, with over 100 colleges and universities attending. The Lakers will face familiar Midwest teams and many teams that we normally do not race.

With a few new events added this year, the Laker Navy is a force to be reckoned with. Coxswains and rowers have been preparing all season for this race, including practicing the infamous Schuylkill River turn.

The team will departed Wednesday for Philadelphia. You can find hotel information and the official regatta website to the left on this page. The team welcomes any alumni or parents in the area to join the Laker Navy in supporting our crews at the Dad Vail alumni tent.

Keep pulling for the Laker Navy!
